Bayer Radiology Coronavirus Update for Customers

During these difficult and evolving times, Bayer Radiology would like to update our customers on our products and services to provide reassurance. First, we would like to express that Bayer Radiology is committed to providing the highest quality of products and services to continue to meet our customer needs. We are continuously monitoring the COVID-19 situation and realize the complexity of the situation. Bayer is taking all necessary measures to keep our employees and customers safe as the situation evolves. As a valued partner, we want to reiterate our primary goal is to ensure the health and safety of patients and the larger community, while acting with sound reason and judgment.

We are taking action on several fronts:

Supply

Ensuring supply for patients is the highest priority for Bayer.  We are closely monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and taking all the steps possible to ensure that the needs of patients are met. Bayer has inventory policies throughout our supply chain including buffers for our sourced material. We are continuously monitoring the global situation and are in regular contact with our suppliers to ensure smooth product productions. Currently we have no out-of-stocks.  However, we are experiencing longer lead times on a small amount of our product portfolio. Please contact your Bayer representative with questions. 

Virtual Customer Engagement

  • Our general approach is to balance the health and safety of our employees and customers, while continuing to perform on-site business critical activities that ensure patients can get the imaging procedures they need.
  • In addition, we will leverage virtual and digital tools to continue to meet and support our customers; including providing virtual training and service support.
